When our old water softener broke, Culligan was fast to come in and offer a solution. We got a new water softener and oh my gosh the difference in our water quality is actually crazy. Makes me wonder if our old softener actually ever worked at all. Thank you so much!
The service is outstanding! Very timely, communication has been fantastic, and helpful deliveries. Having soft water changed a lot of fir, the life of some of our appliances, decreased plumbing issues, and our skin is amazing. Highly recommend!
I moved back to Winona, MN, in August of 2025 and knew I wanted a water softener and filtration system for my home. I called Culligan and Nate came over to share the details. I now have a softener, whole house filter AND reverse osmosis water. Frankly, I don't know how I managed before the reverse osmosis. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Culligan. Nate was patient and listened to my questions/concerns and took great care to make sure I was satisfied with the answers. Front office crew is also amazing whenever I have a question or need support. Totally thrilled with my whole house system!P.S. This is not my first experience with Culligan. They never disappoint!
Nate provided information about the quality of my water and what could be done to improve it. He suggested products with zero pressure. Sheldon did great work installing. His knowledge and familiarity with the products made the process easy. After using Culligan just one day the difference is apparent. I would highly recommended using Culligan. Especially if you are on a private well.
The order and install was a breeze! We love the products, especially the RO system for quality drinking water. Our hard water deposits have been reduced by about 90%. Would definitely recommend to others.

Water Softener and reverse osmosis water filter.Replaced old softener and added the water filter.I opted for equipment purchase rather than rental, and did opt for salt delivery and periodic inspection.Overall the attentive service and familiarity with equipment and installation, along with a follow up check left me quite satisfied with Culligan Winona.
Had a new drinking water system installed, Nate had been out for softener system and testing my water. Mentioned about a drinking water system and they ended up having a promotion out for the system so I signed up. They had it installed the next week and the water tests are coming back squeaky clean!

We're a couple weeks in with our water filter and couldn't be happier! This has made our well water taste and look so much better, and I feel better having our kids drink this! If you're debating getting one, it's well worth it!
We just recently updated our old water water softener to a new Culligan HE Smart Softener. Excellent product! Being a "smart" softener it continuously monitors your water usage and recharges when necessary. Saving a lot of salt. It's got an app that updates you on satus, water usage, and maintenance. Very nice machine. Culligan of Winona was prompt, experienced, and accurate in our quote. Definitely would recommend!
The service technician did an excellent job changing out my filters in my Culligan drinking water system. Cleaned up after and told me what he did. Thanks for the great service and excellent drinking water.

Christmas came early for us! 🎁 It was time for a new water softener and iron filter, and we went the rental route from Culligan. We couldn’t be more pleased! We also got the RO Filtration System for drinking water. Culligan Water Winona MN made it an easy transition, had great customer service, and the rental route requires no maintenance (including salt)! 👍 oh and the staff at Culligan are top notch!! ❤️💦⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Full service water deliver, water softener, and water filtration. Friendly and prompt on appointments. The only issue that drops star for me. 1. Transparency on pricing for services is lacking. 2. Pricey service....period. 3. Sends a card with an appointment date on it to service your Culligan water system....without your personal request. Forcing you to honor an appointment you didn't make or calling to cancel.Update. Not sure why this type of behavior started. Please tell your technicians NOT to park in people's driveways. Blocking a driveway means no one can get in or out. Park on the street!
Culligan Water of Winona does an excellent job of letting you know when they are scheduled for a delivery. They are courteous and friendly. Salt refills are completed quickly.
