Water Softener and reverse osmosis water filter.Replaced old softener and added the water filter.I opted for equipment purchase rather than rental, and did opt for salt delivery and periodic inspection.Overall the attentive service and familiarity with equipment and installation, along with a follow up check left me quite satisfied with Culligan Winona.

Had a new drinking water system installed, Nate had been out for softener system and testing my water. Mentioned about a drinking water system and they ended up having a promotion out for the system so I signed up. They had it installed the next week and the water tests are coming back squeaky clean!

We just recently updated our old water water softener to a new Culligan HE Smart Softener. Excellent product! Being a "smart" softener it continuously monitors your water usage and recharges when necessary. Saving a lot of salt. It's got an app that updates you on satus, water usage, and maintenance. Very nice machine. Culligan of Winona was prompt, experienced, and accurate in our quote. Definitely would recommend!

My Serviceman replaced a faulty faucet and even provided one with the same finish as my new sink faucet. How neat was that?

Christmas came early for us! 🎁 It was time for a new water softener and iron filter, and we went the rental route from Culligan. We couldn’t be more pleased! We also got the RO Filtration System for drinking water. Culligan Water Winona MN made it an easy transition, had great customer service, and the rental route requires no maintenance (including salt)! 👍 oh and the staff at Culligan are top notch!! ❤️💦⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Full service water deliver, water softener, and water filtration. Friendly and prompt on appointments. The only issue that drops star for me. 1. Transparency on pricing for services is lacking. 2. Pricey service....period. 3. Sends a card with an appointment date on it to service your Culligan water system....without your personal request. Forcing you to honor an appointment you didn't make or calling to cancel.Update. Not sure why this type of behavior started. Please tell your technicians NOT to park in people's driveways. Blocking a driveway means no one can get in or out. Park on the street!

Culligan Water of Winona does an excellent job of letting you know when they are scheduled for a delivery. They are courteous and friendly. Salt refills are completed quickly.

Culligan in Winona has great customer service. They were very responsive when we recently had an issue with our water softener, while we were away on vacation. Sheldon the technician and also Shelley(?) who called back from the office were very helpful and friendly, and made sure everything was good after the servicing! They are the best!
